More Clavinet awesomeness.
The Clav is pretty funky on this track, but it's kinda hard to decide what's funkiest. The bass? The Rhodes? The guitar? So much funky in so little space. This dude is white too. He was a Doobie Brother though, so he almost passes. This rule does not apply to Kenny Loggins, who will be forever white, no matter what. (Punishment for his contributions to the Top Gun soundtrack.

I think the rule is, if Nate Dogg and Warren G sample you, your funkitude is unquestionable. Even if it was for the soundtrack of a movie starring Emilio Estevez and Charlie Sheen. Granted, it did have Lou Diamond Phillips. . .
