Even Old New York was once New Amsterdam...
I had a late night session last night recording the piano-man. It was cool. So today I had no work. I woke up late and then skulked around "Old New York" and Amsterdam. I wandered around the East Village, Seaport Village, Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho. It was fun. Here's some pictures.

even though those picture are of a completely different city, they still make me excited for my trip home to chicago. big cities are wonderful.
